No Returns or Refunds

Because matcha is a consumable food product, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been shipped. All sales are final.


Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@madxcha.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund.


Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once processing or fulfillment has begun.
