Welcome to madxcha. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to madxcha. By browsing our website or purchasing from our store, you engage in our “Services” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

Our online store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
SECTION 1 — ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT
By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence and that the information you provide (including payment, billing and shipping information) is accurate and complete.

We offer premium ceremonial-grade matcha and related goods. We make reasonable efforts to display product information accurately; however, colors and appearance may vary by device or screen.
All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We may limit quantities or discontinue products at our discretion.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including payment issues, product availability, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms.
Your payment must be processed successfully before an order is accepted. Orders placed are for personal use only and not for resale.
Your purchase is subject to our Refund Policy.
SECTION 4 — PRICING & PAYMENT
Prices are listed in AED and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice.
Shipping fees, if any, will be shown at checkout.
We accept payment via Tap Payments and other methods displayed on the website.
You agree to maintain accurate billing and payment information to ensure successful order processing.
SECTION 5 — SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping timelines, fees, international availability, and delivery details are outlined in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. We are not liable for courier delays, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once an order is handed over to the courier, title and risk of loss passes to you.
SECTION 6 — CONSUMABLE PRODUCTS
Because our products are food items, once opened they cannot be returned or refunded for health and safety reasons. Storage conditions after delivery are the responsibility of the customer.
Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients and ensuring suitability for dietary needs and sensitivities.
SECTION 7 — STORE CONTENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Services—including product photos, text, logos, trademarks, and graphics—is owned by madxcha or its licensors. It may not be reproduced, sold, or exploited without prior written consent.

The Services are powered by Shopify. You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for transactions between you and madxcha. By using the Services, you release Shopify from all claims arising from your purchases.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah, UAE.
